Default A Quick Hi

Hi everyone

I am currently 29 and doing my first year of a BSC Applied psychology degree and my partner is a volunteer teachers assistant (Not qualified yet). We are hoping that once my degree is finished we can move to Canada for a better life than the one we can expect for our 10 year old daughter. I should hopefully have saved approx £20k to move abroad with and will no doubt prob spend teh next 2 years annoying board members with my questions . (Forgiveness asked in advance ) and any advice would be appreciated.

Hope to meet some nice people on the boards also.

Thanks

Silaslang

Hi ellsie. We are undecided yet. It depends on how well we can learn french at the moment. Im here to read up and see who can convince me their city is the best

Sounds like you are thinking of going to the East then if you are learning French. Personally I would do lots of research and not rely on persuasion here - we all have our own reasons for where we live and all have compelling arguments regarding our cities. My wife and I first chose the province and climate we wanted then we went searching for places that were big enough to have a reasonably diverse range of employment, the weather we fancied and suitable activities close on hand. We didnt want a big city but the smaller cities don't always have a diverse enough economy base Then we did research on the cities that matched up.

Any way welcome to the site - hope you get answers here and have lots of fun.
