Question
Thanks for the help so far. Im at work and my colleague says that they too are very interested in emigrating to Vancouver, and apparently her husband has been looking into it...he works in the building trade and does something with ceilings and dry lining (Im not quite sure! ) anyway all this is not relevant as when he was 18 her hubby got in a fight outside a pub and he wentto court charged with ABH but was let off with a fine. Do you think this will cause problems for them? He is now 33 and Sue is 32. They have 2 kids.
Thanks
Lucy

Similar questions have been posted recently. If it was a one off and he has a clean record since then he needs to read the following. There is a procedure he has to go through to become "rehabilitated"
