This is my favorite, but I also use Home Hardware and I have tried many in the search for one coat paints. Most are not that washable either.

CIL Popcorn, took three coats over mushroom for me last week, I still haven't finished it, and Mr Miggins will be looking forward to that job when he gets back from this rotation- poor sod.
