Qualification exchange
 

My wife has had an offer of having her qualifications exchanged by the licencing authority for her job in Nova Scotia.

Will there still be the issue of "Canadian Experience" ?

Would the offer of voluntary work at the hospital (Her trade) help ease her way in?

She is in a job that is in demand, but we still hear horror stories about lawyers driving cabs, and engineers flipping burgers.
