Question proof of employment

This question have arisen again and agian with most of the people I know who have recieved call for proof of employment?

Is the copy of paycheck acceptable instead of paystub because paystub does not have the employer information on it in some companies. Paycheck has both name of ccompany as well as employee.

So my question is if copy of paycheck is acceptable as proof of employment.

I will appreciate any insights in this direction

Thank you people

Cindy

Just put everything. Copies of paychecks with paystubs, your business card if you have one. Letters from your supervisors or HR person on oficial stationary that states your employment timeframe. You should realise that the more stuff you put in there, the more credible you are.

I remember that when I applied for the QSC I filled a huge file documenting every part of my life. Lots and lots of was redundant but I think it all helped to get positive results for me.

When in doubt, include everything!

When it comes to canada immigration, you can never have enough proof and documents. get the boss of your company to write you a letter stating everything about your job, with the company letter-heading and all that.

One from the recruiter won't hurt either, and then you can put all that together with your other documents, and your original job offer letter.

Good luck
