Most do
U need a letter to say u have had no claims at all, non, nil, zero
Is not same as NCD as that can be protected for a small fee

You need to use specific wording - you can find a template here: Car Insurance in BC : British Expat Wiki

What siouxie said. British insurers will happily issue a 'confirmation of no claims' letter, but that is NOT what Canadians companies will accept. I had to virtually dictate the letter I wanted word for word, but they got there in the end.

This is what you need to bring. Follow ICBC instructions to the letter. What they are looking for is claims history. Any break in insurance, that is as far back as they go. Too long between insurances and any claims history won't be accepted.
