Default Proof of a bone fide relationship???

Hello,
On Monday I received letter from CIC London where they ask me to send them some additional information about my relationship to my husband ... well that is okay, they will get it. On May 15th I sent them fax asking about my process, of coarse they didn't asnwer to it but instead I got this letter with the May 15th date on it where they claim that they have already asked this from me on January 21st, 2002. With this date I only got medicals and nothing more. Does it mean that somebosy made some kind of mistake there by forgetting to send it to me along with medicals and now they are trying to fix the mistake? Anyway, I am sure that this is all rutine thing and they ask this from almost everybody but since I have done everything they asked and also ROLF is paid, does it mean that after this I will get my LP? or what? I am kind of confused because I am not sure if it is good or bad for us. Any thoughts, advice from people who has done it are welcome.

Another thing what I have been wondering is I am gathering here all the documents and pictures of us to sent to CIC London. As we have been communicating mostly by e-mails and over three years we have them over thousands, does it mean I have to send them all to CIC or they just want ones what are from past six-month? I just have no idea what to do acording to e-mails. My husband said I shouldn't send them, I think I should send like at least two from every month or at least the very first one that he sent me. Then again if I think of this it will be a huge pile of them. I really don't know what to do, CIC London doesn't answer to my fax about this as either, so ... I will send them everything anyway, like pictures, phone bills, plane tickets, copies of visas and they even wanted envelopes, just envelopes no letters and cards ... but e-mail. It is just too many of them ... what should I do? I know it may sound stupid to worry about this but I want everything to be perfect. Any help and advice is welcome and thanks in advance.

Hello

My fiance had to answer a questionnaire called "Investigation" where they asked about
40 questions on how we met, by whom, do we know each other's family, name and address
of mother, father, brothers and sisters of fiance, where we work, how much fiance
makes, any money given to the other, any gifts - by whom and amount, did we meet in
person, how many times, where, etc. etc. etc.

They asked him to supply 2-3 letters (not envelopes) from him to me and vice versa
and any other proof we had, mentioning specifically pictures and/or videos from
wedding (we are fiances!!!), and any other material to prove our relationship. I
supplied telephone bills (pages and pages of them but all from me as he uses
telephone cards), the letters they asked for (copies for the moment), pictures of us
together, of my fiance with my son, copy of the air travel tickets AND we included
copy of the directory for all the emails (we also have more than 1,000 and we
figured if they take the time to read the mails, my fiance won't come for another 40
years ))) and copy of the DOS directory for all the chats (MSN, Yahoo) with the
date for each chat. We figured if they want the mails, they will ask us later but so
far, they did not.

My fiance has been called to an interview which he could not attend 3 months after we
supplied all the above. They are re-scheduling another interview for July or August
(that date at our demand though) at which time, he will bring all the originals (but
not the mails and chats). They did not ask me to be interviewed and I don't know why.
Maybe because I paid the phone bills and sent the package by UPS with my name as
sender? No way to know why. We should hopefully know more in 2 months. Let me know
please what you did and how it turned out if you can.

By the way, we did not receive the request for the medicals and the ROLF has been
paid on November 5, 2001. They called for interview on March 26, 2002 with file
originally opened June 6, 2001 for sponsorship, approval from Canada on June 27,
2001, approval from Québec October 25, 2001 and filing at Embassy November 5, 2001 at
the time we paid for ROLF. Investigation requested November 18, 2001, supplied all
documents January 2, 2002. I guess the process is longer for us as we are not yet
legally married, only religiously (and we supplied pictures of the witnesses and us
at wedding, that's all we could give them anyway).

Thank you.
