Default precipitation in Vancouver area

I believe I read it somewhere that Abbotsford has much more rain than Vancouver city. how about Mission, Maple Ridge area?
The idea is these places all have great climate, but I want as less rain as possible.
Is there a website to check monthly average for Canada cities? Weather.com doesn't help too much.

Here is a link for Monthly averages for Abbotsford for the year 2004. Just click on the year itself for a drop down menu for other years.

Another one for Chilliwack for the year 2003.

Link for the Province under search options choose a year and the "Interval" you want is "Monthly" then click on a location.

Cheers
