Hi. So I am trying to renew our PR cards ( mine & my kids -12 & 14) in a hurry because we want to go back to Blighty in feb! They expired in Sept 2012.
For the supporting documents it asks for a whole list of things, and then says Applicants under 18, a copy of birth cert. is that as well as all the other documents or instead ( for the kids). Because it says to send a copy of one of the following... Income tax assessments, immigration entry & exit document, university transcript or school records ( for school age children) indicating that they need to send the other things too.. But it also says send a copy of 2 of the following, record of landing and drivers licence, photo ID card or university student or college card. Well the kids don't have those!! Then it says applicants under 18 send birth cert!
Sorry this is long winded - I'm so confused!!

I believe you are getting confused with the applying for PR as opposed to renewing your PR cards if you already have PR status. The latter requires much less in the way of documentation. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...ons/prcard.asp
