PR Forms - How To
Hello,
I'm about to apply for Canadian PR and I have some doubts about how to fill out some of the forms.
1. Schedule 1 Form, Section 11 (personal history) talks about what the applicant has been doing in the last 10 years. It has several rows, each with a "From" date and a "To" date. My question is: what should I specify as the "To" date for my present job? Should I write the current month and year, leave it blank, or enter "continuing"?
2. IMM 5406 Form (Additional Family Info). The guide says that this form must be filled out by myself (primary applicant), my spouse and my dependents. On my wife's copy of the form whose name should appear in the "Applicant" boxes in Section A? Is my wife also considered an applicant?
