We landed in Ontario in August and a couple of weeks ago wee received our PR cards in the post which is great, however they only arrived for me and my Hubby, but not our 2 kids!

So now we are unsure if they issue them for kids at all, so whether I need to be chasing this up. Anyone who can shed any light on this it would be appreciated.

Yes they do, all PRs get the cards. Phone 1-888-242-2100 and ask if there is a problem. (No. only works from Canada)

Many thanks will get onto that now.

Same thing happened to us, apparently they were not happy with the photos of the kids and we had to get them taken again. Took some weeks before they sent us a letter telling us what the problem was.
