Default PPR and Dog info

Hi,
First anybody going to London next Thursday to hand in or collect their passports, if so i will see you at the door. You will be able to tell who i am as i will be smiling from ear to ear, oh yes so will everybody else

Sec info for dog people. I have been trying to book our hound on a flight (same one as us) and were told by all the travel agents that this could no longer be done. It had to be completed by an agent. Cost of an agent to arrange this £1600 (we have a german shepard) so a smaller dog should be a bit cheaper. The agent could get our mut on the same aircraft!!! So if he can then why cant we. Anyway cut along story short i called Airtransat in Canada and they arranged our flights and the muts. Tuska will fly on the same craft as us and it cost 250cnd (£125ish). So if you want to take your muts call Airtransat and the deal will be done.

Hope to see you next Thursday 26th or Thursday 9th

Off to the pub

The happy family

we flew ours out with BA last summer for about the same price. Air Canada said recently that they were stopping that and you had to go cargo through an agent...but I heard recently that they have been told they must allow pets...think there has been a bit of a backlash - if anyone knows the correct version let me know!

Hi,
Phone numbers 001 1877 872 6728 0r 001 1866 847 1919 these are in Montreal. They wont allow you to bring dogs to the UK but they CAN fly from the UK.

Good luck
Kev

Glad to hear you got doggy sorted - ours flew Airtransat and it was fine - no complaints at all (except with a certain flight atendant but that's another story). I thought Airtransat had stopped taking animals - thank goodness they haven't. Good luck - I think I may have missed a bit as
I thought you had just got your med request but obviously you are further down the road - good for you Angela
