Dear Friends,
I have two queries to seek answer for:
1. What time we can submit the PCC and what time they generally require the PCC. In my case, I have not submitted my PCC from India as it expires in one year time and there are lot of hassles to get one. So I decided to send it along with medicals with updated proof of funds. I have applied through London office from UAE in November 2004 and just last week got the letter to update my infomration and forms with new documents. So will it be OK if I dont go for PCC now and let the initial assessment go on and submit it one I hear from them after initial assessment. Will this affect the file approval or rejection? Or will it affect the interview waiver decision?? Pls advise.
2. When I applied I was in UAE working with UAE firm in November 2004. Just 8 months back I moved back to India (Country of origin) and working for IT firm. I still have valid UAE residence visa with me and entering to UAE every 6 months to keep visa live. So now in th new updated firm, if I will show my stay in India for last 8 months, will they ask me to transfer the file to New Delhi?? As per the rule, person holding the valid residence permit in the UAE other than his country of origin can apply through London office. So shall I inform them about my stay in India or show them my residence continue in UAE. I done want my file to trasnfered from London to New Delhi in any case...Kindly advise.
Anis

Hi
1. Send the PCC unless you want to take the chance of having the application returned.
2. Since you have a residence address in India, you can keep your mailing address in the UAE and London should not send your application to Delhi.

Thanks for the reply...
1. I will work out to process the PCC. If I am able to get PCC with some delay can I ask them for some additional time??
2. I have applied through consultat based in Dubai so my mailing address is of consultant. But shall I keep my residential address also the same as last time that is of UAE?? What about other mailing addresses they ask where I have stayed after 18 years of age...shall I change them or keep the same as last time again??
Kindly respond.
