I have a 4 year full-time postgraduate degree (after 5 years full-time of Univerisity where I got my first degree). But the title of this degree will not sound any familiar to an immigration officer, it's not explicitly called PhD, it's called "Candidate of Econimic Science". Will they recognize it as PhD?
