Default pls help Mr. Miller

dear Mr. Miller,
I am From India, and I have applied under the spouse immigration category. the details are as follows:
my husband submitted his application to sponsor me, and my application on the 26th of march2002. My medicals were done b4 the application was submitted. I recd a letter on the 14th of july about an interview waiver. after which my husband recd a letter asking for the rolf payment, which he did and recd a confirmation of the same on the 31st of july.
till date I have repeatedly contacted the call centr at chandigarh and they tell me that they havent recd the confirmation ....when will I get my visa.....how long should I wait? please help!

Please understand that bureaucracy needs to take it's course and that all takes time
- be patient.
