Can anyone tell me that if only the medicals come from buffalo office does it automatically mean that you did not get a waiver. Alsowhat is the next step now and how long is the processing times these days.

When you receive your medical forms, it means that you must go and obtain your
medicals. It does not necessarily mean that you will not be interviewed. You can be
called in for an inteview anytime prior to obtaining your landing papers.
