I applied for PR last Jan., and passed the interview in last Dec., and also finished the medcial exam in last Dec. However, six months past, I am still waiting for visa. During this period, I inquired to embassy several times over the phone. Firstly they answered me that they should clarify my application. Secondly they said my application is under background check in Canada. Thirdly( this Monday), they said my application is still under processing. I asked them whether my application is in Canada, they said they didn't know where my application is now. I am surprised to their answer. Why they didn't tell me where my application is now.

I applied in Singapore, and was interviewed in Bangkok. I called the Bangkok immigration section. I think they should know my application.

Who can help me estimate my case, and give me some advice. I am eager to know what happened in my application. Thanks a lot.
