I applied for Immigration to Canada in Independent Categery.I attended interview.Interview was successful.I went for medicals in Augest-2001.Till now i didn't get my LP.I think i should go for re-medicals.My medicals are going to be expired by next month.My question is if i don't get my Landing papers by March -2003 , will i be evaluated under new rules? Please reply .

If you already passed the interview then most likely selection decision has been made
and March 2003 deadline will not affect your case. It seems that the only thing
holding your case now is the background/security check. You may be asked to undergo
new medicals, but don't do anything unless explicitly requested to do so.
