We landed in April and have Visa's within our Passport.
We were expecting Permanent Residence Cards but have received letters saying our photographs are incorrect.
They were certainly the right size but we think they may have been on the wrong type of paper.
The photos were taken in the UK after advice from a photographer and our solicitor did not query them.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so how was it resolved.

Re: Photos
When we landed we did not receive our son's PR as the photos were not quite right.
So we headed to our local Wallmart, they can do the exact size that is needed no probs and on the right paper.
Hope this helps and you have one near you.

Re: Photos
I am in Calgary next week and I was planning to redo my Photos go into the CIC Office and pick up my PR Cards. However I am now worried by the Guarantor requirement on the back.
What needs to be done?
Who is a Guarantor?
Is it better to redo my photos in the UK and get a guarantor to sign the reverse of them?
Any Advice would be appreciated.
