I sent off my CV a couple of weeks ago stating I had my PR and was Landing at the end of June. I had a first stage interview last Monday and just got a call to tell me that I will be having a phone interview tomorrow at 3 p.m.
I'm feeling a bit nervous as this will be my first proper Canadian job interview so fingers crossed.

Congratulations on being invited to an interview.
You may have seen the Wiki article on Job Interviews already. But, in case you haven't seen it, it has a section on phone interviews.
All the best with your interview.

Good luck with the interview. Phone Interviews are a skill in their own right. You don't ahve the benefit of reading body language.
Try to avoid very long-winded answers, if they are necessary try to put in a pause every so often to check they are still with you, also try not to let the conversation dry up.
Most of all enjoy it, and use it to ask the questions you need to ask about the role, job etc, remember a true interview goes both ways, you need to be sure its the right job for you as well
