What is MNC? Am specializing in HR for my MBA and for my first degree I specialized in Marketing but for PHD I have not decided yet.

Beats me why anyone would want an MBA and a PhD, unless they planned being a student for as long as possible.

"Phd In"....my attempted PhD was in "Aqueous dispersion and solid state synthesis of barium titanate powders" or some such thing...all a distant memory now....

Why would you want to redo your MBA. I have a UK MBA and have found it to be recognised here without any problems whatsoever. No need to redo it at all
