Hi - can anyone recommend a good, reliable pest control company in the HRM/surrounding area? We had problems last year with ants and want to avoid the problem this year. Thanks!

You need to get a product called miathalon. It's was recommended to us by a pest control guy in Red Deer that didn't want to drive 40 mins out of town to treat our other place, he said to get it from the UFA, it's what he'd use anyway.

You just mix it according to the instructions (highest dose is for ants I think) and then spray. Does a good job.

Braemar pest control....I also had ants last year and I used spray and wash around where I figured they were entering the house, worked like a charm. Also sprayed it on the any hill......cleaned them right up....

Thanks a lot - we used lots of spray last year but they kept coming back - hope to avoid most of that this year!

Not a fan of pestisides with kids and a dog.....spray and wash laundry product is safer I would think.
