Default Permanent Residency obligation

08th March, 2005

Dear Sir,

I am pleased to inform the Permanent resident of Canada, since May 2002.

First year of my permanent residence in Canada, my self and my wife worked in Toronto. In view of my previous work experience in marketing of industrial Companies to worldwide customers, I contacted various industrial related companies in Canada. During that time I was successful in making a marketing contract with Canadian Company in Canada. They were also the manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipments.

Under the contract I was allowed to market there products to the related companies world wide and I will be able to get special discounted prices. In 2003 I got some orders worth of USD *****= approximately for the supply Industrial spare parts for a government clients in another country. According to contract with Canadian company all the ordered material will be purchased from that company in Canada.

During the year 2003/2004Industrial spares worth of USD *** were exported from Canada under the above contract with Canadian Company.

To operate bsiness I registered my own Company in Ontario in 2003 and made initial supplies of Industrial spares from Canadian company to my clients.
My company (Initially it was sole proprietor ship) received its payments from the clients directly to its accounts in a canadian Bank in canada.

In view of the expansion of business, I incorporated my company More Industrial supplies supplies were made to our client, as per above contract with Canadian manufacturing Company. Subsequent payments were directly received in my Incorporated Company's accounts at a Canadian Bank. And more payment are expected against supplies already made.

Since 2003/2004 My INC Company earned export revenues worth of USD ****= approximately. And is fulfilling its contract with Canadian manufacturing Company in Canada.

Tax return for my Incorporated company has been filed the year 2004 as well my personal tax return is being filed showing my Salary from my company.

In view of the above facts undersigned devoted fulltime attention and determination for business of my INCorpaterd company and consequently fulfilling its contacts with Canadian compnay of Canada

My INCorporated still have export orders worth of USD ***** approximately and material is being shipped and more will be supplied by same Canadian manufacturing Company and payments will be directly received in my Incorporated company's account in Canadian Bank. Funds from my Incorporated Company's account are subsequently are disbursed to above supplier as well as my salary and other business expenses in Canada. Prospects of expanding business are promising as we have developed confidence and good relations with canadian company.

I made several visits abroad and accumulated approximately 15 months out of Canada up to date. In May 2005 I will complete 3 years of my permanent residence in Canada. May-2002/2003/2004 I lived in Ontario. In 2004 and currently I am residing in Quebec because of my business engagements with Quebec.

In view of the above I would seek your kind advice whether I am eligible to apply for citizenship after completing of 4th year of my permanent residence in Canada.

As the matter is of vital importance your earliest response will be highly appreciated

Thanking you

Yours very truly,
