Hi,
Well after waiting 10 weeks a letter with what we thought would be our PR Cards, no instead we need to get two new photos each!
How all the documentation has got through with the photos we had done by a Photographer in the UK and now there is a problem i have no idea, anyway i was hoping someone could help me in pointing me towards a Photographer, we live near Hubbards, about 30 mins from Halifax.

We had ours done at Walmart. They have all the templates to make sure they are the right size... Easy... Think they were about $17 for 2 photos

Costco can also do it. They know all the correct measurements for PR cards, and that's where we got ours done.

I just did my own and printed them.

Had ours done in May. Costco $6.99 for two or 4 can't remember. But they were much cheaper than anywhere else.

That happened to us also, we had our whole package returned and were asked for new photos, after 7 weeks. We got our new photos done at CostCo and resent the whole package back to CIC.

It is now in the system and can be seen as "In Process" through the cic.gc.ca website. Not the slickest of ways to renew something, CIC need to take a leap forward and embrace new methods and technologies.

Just a follow up.
We got our pictures done at Walmart in Bayers Lake, really helpful.
Got PR Cards today, just a week after posting back, thanks for the advice.
