If anyone is interested. There was a radio show last Sunday on BBC4 called Pastures New. Its about the Dunlop family from Ireland who moved to Saskatchewan and now farm just north of here. Actually not far from where Farmgirl lives.

You go about 3/4 of the way down the page to
Sunday Best
13.30-14.00
Sunday
and click on LISTEN
next week the show is about some people who emigrate to New Zealand.
The interviewer I didn't particularly care for - he had rather a "plummy" voice for me (is that how you spell "plummy" or I guess it should be "plumby"!!)

'Plummy' is correct. It is to do with fruit, rather than lead.

Most sites work well with WMP ( the latest one being 10 ), but I suspect the BEEB doesn't support that, and use REAL PLAYER instead. Download that if you can, it's a freeware, am sure they mention how to listen to them in real-time online on their website.

I think that when I click on play - Real Player just opens by itself. In fact I think the first time I tried to play something off the BBC it asked me if I wanted to download Real Player.
