passport option
Hi there,
Is it mandatory to send passport to get PR visa stamped or can we personally go to the BUffalo office and get it stamped.
I am currently in toronto and i have applied for PR in Buffalo.

You can personally go and give it to them, but they will not stamp it the same day. They usualyl ask you to come back in a week or so to get it. Not really much advantage. Just send it by courier like fedex and they will return it the same way.
