Default Packaging 42 inch Flat Screen TV for shipping

Good people,

I was wondering if anybody knows where in LONDON I can professionally package my 42 inch plasma TV ready for shipping. I have called a couple of packaging companies and all they do is sell the package but can't do the packaging. Any advise especially in South West will be highly appreciated.

Is it really worth the cost and bother?

Why not sell it and buy a new one over here?

Approximately $1,000 gets you a Panasonic or Samsung 42" plasma.

I am actually shipping it somewhere else, not taking it with me to Canada. Thanks anyway.

Because of the weight, it's gonna cost you an absolute fortune to ship it on it's own. I seriously wouldnt bother....

I wouldn't bother...I shipped a new 42 inch Flat Screen TV overseas...by the time I paid for it to be shipped, packing, customs etc...it would have been cheaper to purchase at destination...also the Flat Screen do not like to be jostled much..even with all that packing, it arrived and does not work..it's fine as a door stopper...seriously dont waste your money
