I have been trying to send some personal effects over to Canada, fed ex say they can but parcel2go say they are unable to book it for me as they don't have the insurance to send the personal effects to Canada. Anyone else had this problem? It just seems to be cheaper to book through parcel2 go then direct with fed ex? Thanks for reading x

Are you booking through the parcel2go website? Have you gone through the whole booking process? I didnt have that problem, but i never spoke to a human being prior to booking it. The website asked me to make a list of my personal effects and that was it.

I did all the stuff on the parcel2go website then at the final step it asked me to contact someone on chat as there was a problem, so as I was chatting to her she asked if they were personel items.
I have just been able to book a pkt of 23 kg as a trial to my mom but just tried again now to book the main box's and having the same problem, it is just so much more expensive to do it on the fed ex site but it took 2 hrs to finally get that one box done, maybe it's because I'm on my iPad and not the main computer but it won't let me confirm and pay it just keeps telling me to use chat. Nightmare xx

That's strange. I never had that. Maybe try a standard computer?

just found out is because I am trying to book more that 7 days in advance, although it shows on the screen as a pick up day they are unable to book it, phew, It took me through to the final page if I changed the pick up date so will leave it a week x
