Hiya - certainly am going to be careful, we are going ahead with an open house, it's a great idea and one I had not thought of until I read this thread.

Also, my new agent suggested that we should lower the price and open it up sealed bids, which I thought was a good idea.

Hi Gill

We've had a lot going on this weekend, including the open house.

Open House went really well, EA assured me he would be here on Sunday, but didn't arrive. I won't be recommending him to anyone!!
We had 4 couples turn up, two of which I think we could get offers from, but there again I may have read them totally wrong:).

We'll give it till Wednesday I think and if nothing we're going to accept the first offer from last week, and pray it all goes well:unsure:

Hello Lads & Lasses

Really great and inspiring thread - has kicked my backside into action. You lot are so proactive  and I'm gonna get me some of that! :sneaky:

So instead of coaching people to analyse their business, formulate objectives, act and review, I am going to put it into practice...

I have started with a SWOT analysis using what I knew before and what I have learnt from BE tonight - really helpful BTW thank you. I have attached it if you have any suggestions or can fill in any of my knowledge gaps!

By Thursday I am going to have a bloody action plan in place (after getting grumpy with ES tomorrow) with timed objectives for a full blown launch in January.

I am going to go forth and conquer the house market!

Right then....

sending you all karma

then off to bed

Kelly

(shoot for the stars and land on.... :o)
