In Guelph it's very much skewed towards the south end as that's where the mall, university, lots of businesses are. In the north end it's a lot more industrial but it's way cheaper to live in. I can cope with the extra 10 minute drive in the morning when it likely saves me a few hundred dollars. Technically I don't live in "Guelph" but in Guelph Eramosa Township...but it's literally 2 minutes from the city limit. |
