im currently in the process of signing up for a diploma course that i can do at home and i thought if it would be better to try and do it via a Canadian study route as its a course involving law and would be better if i was studying Canadian law and that the qualification was a accredited body in Canada as that is where we are immigrating to and would save the hassle of getting my British qualification recognized in Canada. I'm just asking as the course providers I've looked at here in the u.k accept international students at no extra cost as its distance learning and wonder if anyone knows if i can do that from here via canada while we are waiting in the "visa line".

riccosuabe - a great question, and one I had been more than idly wondering about. I have recently been with the Open University, and had hoped that I might continue studying 'something' by distance in Canada.
