Warm, dry winter forecast for much of Canada

Oh no - I want lots of cold rain in BC (so then there's snow in them ther hills!)

That'd be very nice, snow is a terrible bother and I'd like to avoid having to buy a coat. However, I don't believe in weather forecasts. The weather is no more likely to be that forecast than something else.
