Default old newby here

Hi Everyone
Just like to introduce my wife Mary and myself to the forum.
We are coming up retiring age and our son ,daughter inlaw, and two grandchildren are in Burlington Ontario. Both the babies were born in Canada so the heart strings are pulling really hard. Our son has sponsored us to emigrate the papers went in 1 year ago.(still waiting of course) just hope we can get there befor we get to old.We visit two or three times a year but its not like having them on the doorstep at home to see the kids more often,it breaks our heart at the airport every trip. But I must say I am glad they went they are much wealthier in ,cash ,standard of living ,happiness .contentment, and all the other things Canada as brought them. They both work very hard so good luck to them and other brits who choose a life in Canada .Ron & Mary
