Hi all
What does London do with old applications which are denied. I plan to re-apply again down the FSW1 route when I have hopefully passed the TEF test. Do they refer to my previous application as it will be essentially the same except for the language proficiency proof. Or is a new application treated as such, a new application? Just my luck they will change the jobs on the list and leave well stuffed anyway.

Hi
Yes All applications are retained and will be referred to. There is a retention schedule for example IMM 008 are kept for 65 years. They are also microfilmed.
