Nursing practice hours expired

Hi everyone! So I have a quick question I have been in the process with Ontario nursing for about 3yrs now. Have just been told that my practical experience has expired and I can go back to UK to work as a Nurse for 400hrs. I had left my registration lapse with NMC since 2017. Has anyone been in this situation please? I would really appreciate some advice please.
