Well I live close to Bridgewater and Liverpool. Bridgewater is in Lunenburg County and Liverpool is in Queens County. Bridgewater is a nice town has a small mall, a small downtown area a hospital 4 grocery stores, a brand new movie theater. It is small town Nova Scotia. There is a big Michelin Plant that keeps the town employed plus a company that makes rubber gloves. Lots of wood mills in the area. It is an hours drive to Halifax along the 103 highway.
Liverpool is along the Mersey River close to the Ocean. It has a big place that repairs ships and boats. a few stores and a few grocery stores. It has a small hospital. Liverpool is small and very quaint. It is a bit further down the highway from Brisgewater.
Shelburne is also a nice place but the industry that used to be there is all gone now since they closed the military base that was there. They still do repairs to ships and fishing boats. it is a big fishing community. They also filmed the movie The Scarlet letter in Shelburne. It is a quiet town now and only has a few stores and some industry there.
