A Notary signature required in Calgary
I have just sold my house in St Johns, yippeee but I need to get a signature from a Notary. I understand this needs to be a lawyer etc.
Can anybody recommend one, preferably near the NW or the airport, roughly how much do they cost and could I use anybody else provisionally rather than a lawyer?
