Default notarize divorce decree and receipts ?

In the application for family-class sponsorship for a Chinese to come to Canada, they ask for final divorce decree. My wife was married to an american before and the divorce decree was made in USA. To marry my wife in China, we had to get another divorce decree from China, because they don't accept divorce from outside the country. For the application, do I need to put the first (US) final divorce's date as the "real divorce", and also, which papers do I need to put...the one from US, the one from China or both ?

The one from China is only in Chinese, so do I need to notarize it ?

Also, they ask for everything concerning our relationships. I have hundreds of receipts, but only in Chinese. Do I need to put them with the application ? I know that they ask for a translation in Chinese, it will be crazy to notarize receipts!

thanks
