Not been around for a while
Just saying hi to everyone that may remember us.
Out of curiosity, did Andrew Miller get his just desserts for what he did to many people on this site?
For those that may remember our case, my daughter was turned down on medical grounds because she was taking growth hormone to gain some height, this subsequently led to her being banned from entering Canada as a lifelong ban (CIC hold your head in shame). Anyway, she is a fit and healthy young lady, who is 5ft 9ins tall now thanks to the growth hormone treatment. She would have been an asset to Canada......that is Canada's loss and the UK's gain.
Incidentally she is still banned from entering Canada, so cannot visit her aunt and cousins. She says she will never ever set foot in Canada again, even if the ban is lifted......and to be honest I cannot blame her
With saying all this, I think that Canada is a great country for people to move to.....it is just their immigration service that stinks

Things are not great over here in the UK, but overall I (wife wishes differently because wanted to be near her sister in Ontario...which is understandable) I do not regret our outcome.
PS. My wife does not read this forum any more so I think it is safe to say I never really got on with her sister....shhhhhhh ! lol
