This is so important to anyone moving overseas from the UK, we have had the worst experience imaginable....The Removal Group.Com were our shipping agents, we are heartbroken as all of our furniture arrived damaged, please take note of this as we really don't want any of you to go through what we have the last few weeks, lots of tears have been shed because of negligence on their behalf as nothing was wrapped as it should have been.

Absolutely but it's not the point is it! We paid for an upgraded wrappping service too and we basically didn't get it. In our opinion it was sheer negligence. Our things arrived in five big wooden boxes on the back of a trailer, we had pushbikes ontop of clean mattresses, our very expensive dining room suite chairs had been literally thrown in with metal chairs wedged between them so everything was marked and scratched, our dining room table had been dropped on a corner therefore it's wrecked....I could go on forever.
The guys who unpacked this end said it was dispicable and out of 50 container loads this year ours was the worst by far....typical!
I just hope this post helps others out and prevents them from experiencing what we have at a time when there is enough stress going on as it is!

Through reasons of costs we aren't going to use one of these end-to-end, packing and unpacking, services - instead I think we are going to go the DIY container route. I think given horror stories like yours, packing it yourself is looking like an even more like an attractive option for reasons of damage as well...

Sorry to hear about that, it's just awful.
Well done for naming and shaming, businesses like that shouldn't be allowed to continue taking money off people.

Just curious as to how you didn't see them wrap and pack everything. Although we knew the guys doing our move they wrapped and packed in our house in the UK so we saw every box (if not every item) and how it was being handled. We were also able to ask if we weren't sure about what they were doing.
