My Wife and i had our interview 5th Nov. we had been informed by the interviewer that we had passed. the skills part and the funds part. and just needed to obtain police report and medical. The police report has come back clear and have been informed that medical went well. is there anything else that needs to be completed?

You will have to wait for the medical results to make their way back to = the visa
officer and then once the file is reviewed a visa can be = printed and sent. (if
everything is okay)

It normally takes between 2-3 months after meds.

So is the medical the final stage of the process?

Well, in theory you are also waiting for background checks to be completed also.
However this is fairly quick for UK citizens who were born in UK and lived only in
UK. Something could in theory be thrown up here to require further steps, but
unlikely (unless you know better!).

Provided there are no problems with these checks, CHC London seems to be averaging
about 1 month from medicals to visa at the moment.

Normally. These days they tend to give the medicals only if it looks = like the case
will be successful. Pending medical, background/security = checks, payment of ROLF,
the visa can be issued once complete.
