Canada Immigration has created a new website where those wishing to come to Canada can determine if their application will likely be accepted.
On August 5, 2011, Jason Kenney, Canada's Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, announced the creation of a new interactive web tool for prospective immigrants and visitors to Canada. The website, by asking a series of questions, helps foreign nationals determine if they are eligible to obtain a visa to Canada.

Well, if I was coming today I wouldn't be eligible. Maybe the feds can refund all those taxes I pay considering they don't want my sort anymore - the ingrates

Not eligible to immigrate under a federal program

BE is about as interactive as I get, I didn't qualify then and certainly wouldn't now
