Default New and confused

Hi everyone,
I am new to the expats site and i'm struggling to get information elsewhere, so here's hoping. I am married with three kids, i am a fitter by trade and have been working in a high speed high volume manufacturing plant for the last 16 years. any help on relocation ( job hunting, immigration, property, CV?Resume etc) would be very much appreciated. We are looking at Nova Scotia, are there any areas to avoid?

Please help

Cheers

See the current discussion thread entitled areas to avoid (notwithstanding the generic title, it's about Nova Scotia).

I also recommend that you read the Wiki article called Skilled Trades.

Hope that helps.

Hello and welcome. I too am looking into the Novia Scotia area, or possibly New Brunswick. You are probably advantaged in that you have a trade already, so that is good. Good luck.
