Question New additional information for application 'in progress'

Hello everybody
My application has been in process since Nov 2004. Since then my children's passports have expired and they have obtained new ones. Do I send notorised copies of these to Imigration to make my application valid - last thing I want is for them to reject the application because of this.
Also, timescales given to me on receipt of Application was 22-36 months. My eldest child will be over 22 years then - does this mean she will have to apply again in her own right?
I cannot seem to get this type of information from any of the official sites, so any advice would be gratefully received
Bev

Yes update with notarised copies. We were told to by lawyer/agent being in same boat. The application applies at time of AOR. The age should not count. I have asked same question and been told this by lawyer/agent.

But you need to ask your contact to be sure.

Bev, I think that the date is 'locked in' so that ageing is irrelevant but perhaps you could ask this one in the immigration forum. There are some professionals in there that will definately know the answer. They'll also know if you need to send passport copies or wether you could just take them to any interview (if you have one).
