MY wife is coming on Monday and we booked our shipment through Air Canada which is arriving on 30th June. She has the list of everything (clothing, kithcen utensils, bedding etc) which we gave to Air Canada as well.

I only know that she needs to give that list to SOMEONE at the port of entry. Can someone please tell me;

Who she needs to give that list?
What is B4 form?
How will we get our shipment released from Regina Airport?
A friend of us will be shipping all stuff from UK on 29th, is that OK?

She needs to tell CBSA at the 1st point of arrival in Canada. CBSA will fill in the form B4 for her and will give CBSA the list of GTF who will then stamp it. Goods should be forwarded IN BOND to Regina where she will then take the B4 and GTF list to Customs in Regina (Sandra Schmirler Way) where they will clear the goods and goods can then be delivered.

Shipment is coming to my name, would that be OK or should I change it to my wife's name

Either name is fine but if you want to change it to her name if she is claiming the goods. There again CBSA wont care if you have womens clothing addressed to you as we dont judge people
