Need some help!!! Interview again
#1
Hello,
I asked about the interview but I have some more questions. What might be the reason for interview to be waived? How long do I have to wait to have it? Is it possible not to have the interview at all, since I am family class? Is there such possibility or everyone has have the interview?
Thank you in advance,
Mari

Under current law interview waiver is an exemption, not the rule. Only those
applicants who may be assessed fully without one may receive a waiver. In the spousal
sponsorship cases the interview is usually used to determine the bona fide of
relationship if such determination wasn't possible to be made beyond any doubt based
on submitted with the application evidence.
