Default Need help

I have been married to a Canadian citizen for 11 years, I am currently serving in Germany with the British Army. I am due to leave the Army in Jan 08 and have been offered a posting from Apr 07 till Oct 07. Around May my wife and children will be moving back to the Calgary area. My questions are..
1. Do we apply as an in-Canada applicant or Outside?
2. I have been the main source of income for the 11 years, howdoes this affect my wife being financially suitable under the sponsorship app?
3. How long is family class are family class apps taking?

Any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

Either, but if you apply from within canada then you cant work while you wait.

Financial means dont matter for spousal application
3. How long is family class are family class apps taking?

Not sure, usually months though and not years. Applying through London might be faster than in canada?

Yes, those are the applicant fees.

Then, when Citizenship and Immigration Canada are ready to grant your permanent residence status, they will ask you to cough up a Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $490.

Dunno, what does the cic website say? Thats the horses mouth on these things...

www.cic.gc.ca
Search for "fees" should find something.
Dont forget, you need to pay for the kids, and there is the ROLF too at some point.

You should register your German-born child as a Canadian citizen and apply for a Canadian passport for him/her forthwith.
