Yes, looks like it. Are any worth bothering with though? The Petro Canada info says you earn 10 points per litre and 1,000 points is worth $1. Today I put in 40 litres = 400 points so if my maths are correct (no guarantee on that one), that's 40 cents worth, which is not to be sniffed at over time...
I got Aeroplan as not using it gives $10 off Air Canada flights.

TBH, almost all of them are crap.
The one I use the most is the SDM Optimum card as they have 25X weekends and redemption days that multiplies the number of points you get/spend. I usually redeem all my points by getting something that I can resell on Kijiji and turn them into cash.
Air Miles used to be good because there was a BMO loophole that gave you unlimited miles for free if you had a BMO debit card. They closed it now and it takes forever to accumulate the miles.
Aeroplan is okay if you travel a lot. You can redeem for items or flights, upgrades etc...
HBC is not great. I just turn them into airmiles every month.

As Samba said, Petro points is really good - 2c off gas, decent return rate, you're just limited to buying gas at Petro, which isn't really a bad thing. You can also use the points for things like car washes and other in-store merchandise (which admittedly is limited), but you get a decent enough return on your points.
Aeroplan is complete rubbish if you want to use the points for travel, but it's actually not too bad if you use it for merchandise - Aeroplan isn't really a "frequent flyer" program, it's just a rewards program - does a decent job at the rewards part, and a crap job at the travel part (though it's decent return if you spend the points on hotels!).
Shoppers points are decent - takes forever to accumulate normally, but go on a 25x weekend and you'll be at the top reward value in no time - $75 of free Shoppers stuff gets you a long way.
But honestly, you might be better off with just a 1% cashback credit card - there are a bunch that don't have any annual fee, and the regular 1% cashback is on all purchases (double it up with Petro points!) and if you put that 1% into a separate savings account, you'll be able to use that towards more than any points scheme.
HTH! (And just my 2¢ - others might/will have differing opinions and views!)

The only one i use here is the Safeway card because if you spend over $35 on groceries you get 5c off a litre of fuel.
