All our stuff has been packed and on its way, flights are booked, car is booked, apartment is booked. Living out of a suitcase now.

Moving into in-laws on Sunday, Shippers come on Tues/Wed, finish work next fri, then socialise socialise socialise until the 24th! Woo hoooooo

Where are you heading to?

Is indeed scary & exciting. My husband has been over since June and has done everything over there including buying a car and house. So I just have to do everything this end. Which, when you are still workign full-time, have 2 kids under 6, a cat and a dog to arrange isn't that simple!

We're heading initially to Victoria. Once there, just have to sort out a job and somewhere to live before our meagre savings run out. We like doing things the hard way

Well, we hope we've got an appartment sorted for the first 2 weeks anyway, will probably turn out to be a scam and we'll have to sleep in the car with the cat

We have just excepted an offer on our house and all the paper work has been sent off for the wifes WP, so we are getting there. Been having quotes from the removal companies, head ache
