Perhaps he tried but because it wasn't plugged in it wouldn't start.

If you park your search engine in the garage over the winter does it rust faster?

Or he was trying to plug a 220v search engine into a 110v socket without the proper stepup/down convertor. Damn newbees!

Maybe he needs a block heater? I heard there's a thread about that.

I know, I know...I deserved that.

I shall go guide a dozen newbies in a polite and patient manner as a penance, and hopefully we shall never speak of this abomination again.

Well we survived NOEL's fury....sat up all night listening to him!!! We were in Dartmouth and had a visit to Eastern Passage to see the surf and wow it was great! Got home back to the lake and no power..couldn't get in the house cause the other half had no keys and only the garage door opener(which didn't work) he had to smash a bathroom window to get in....$300. plus.....then to get the generator going was another story...one more hour and we were aok...had all the conviences! Finally power was restored tonight at 6:30! after I put spuds in the woodstove to pretend we were celebrating Guy Fawkes without the guy! Hey it was alright, we survived another storm!

It should but you must maintain it for Canadian conditions, antifreeze, winter oil, block heater, and of course winter tires.

Well, apart from bringing us Mr Blobby, I don't think he was that bad
